Bias-cut silk chiffon dress, 1930s
This dress is a wonderful combination of sweet innocence (the dainty floral print) and delicate faggotting bodice detail with a sexy bias-cut skirt. The sheer dress originally had a bias-cut slip. You can emphasize the color with a yellow slip or keep the color muted with a cream or beige slip.
The dress closes at the back neckline with a small, hidden, mother-of-pearl button.
The condition is excellent. You just need to find a slip.
It measures: 38" bust, 30" waist, 40" hip, 15" from the shoulder to the waist, and 57" from the shoulder to the hem.
