Cobalt blue beaded dress parts, 1930s-1940s
The pieces of this fabulous dress are all intact—just assemble them, a restoration project of medium difficulty. The work must be done by hand—time consuming but not difficult.
You will be rewarded with a sexy halter dress (cut lower in back) and a matching jacket with a total retail value of over $1400.
The silk chiffon pieces are completely covered with brilliant blue glass beads. The pieces consist of a skirt, a contour-shaped waistband, a halter top, and a jacket with three-quarter length sleeves.
The condition of the pieces is almost excellent. There is minor bead loss. Loose beads will be included for your restoration.
The dress will measure approximately: 34" bust, 27" waist, 36" hip, and 32" skirt length.
The jacket will measure approximately: 34" bust, 15" sleeve length, and 14" center-back length.
