French sequined tulle capelet, 1930s

The capelet is fashioned from black cotton tulle and is decorated with flower-like sequined stars. I love the combination of sapphire blue sequins and iridescent ivory sequins. The have just enough sparkle to draw attention without being too showy.
The capelet has a "Made in France" label at the back neckline.
The condition is excellent.
The size is marked 16, but in modern terms, it is more like a 6-8. The cape is 11" long at the center-back.
