Silk shantung shirt jacket, 1970s
The glowing gold color and flawless hand finishing make the jacket a special find. The unlined jacket, fashioned from silk shantung, is finished inside with French seams and hand stitched facings. I love the scalloped edges. The open front jacket has no closures.
The condition is excellent.
It measures: 38" bust and waist, 40" hip, 15" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam, 24" sleeves, and 27" from the shoulder to the hem.
