Wide-brim straw hat, c.1940
I love the cheerful red velvet trim! This stylish hat is fashioned from woven braided straw and trimmed with a perky red flower.
The label inside reads "G Howard Hodge/Fifth Avenue/New York."
The condition is very good to excellent. The hat has slight fading and a 1" mend on the velvet binding. This does not detract from the overall appearance.
One size fits all.
