Whiting & Davis silver mesh cowl necklace, 1970s
This is the patented metallic link mesh that made Whiting & Davis famous in the 1920s. The bib-style necklace can be draped lower or higher by adjusting the clasp in back. The clasp tag is marked "Whiting & Davis" on the clap tag.
The condition is excellent. The necklace, which has never been worn, comes in its original box with the inspection ticket.
The necklace is 8 1/2" long at the center-front.
