#6891          $150

Silk crepe tap pants, 1930s

The tap pants, or knickers as they were called at the time, were obviously expensive when new. They are fashioned from silk and are completely hand sewn. They close in back with small mother-of-pearl buttons at the waist. The label reads "Tewi."

The condition is excellent. They were never worn.

The size is marked 32.
It measures: 25 1/2" waist (can be let out by moving the buttons), 36" hip and 12 3/4" side length.
